We're so confident in Pureva that we'll give you a full month to try it. If your produce doesn't last visibly longer, just email us and we'll refund the full purchase price — no questions, no return required.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@pureva.co with your order number.
  2. Tell us briefly what didn't work for you (this helps us improve the product).
  3. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method.

Returning a product

For most refund requests, you can keep the pod — no need to return it. If we do ask you to return it (rare, only for damaged or incorrect orders), we'll send a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately and we'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. There are no commitments and no cancellation fees.
